Ms. Shelly is our Pre-K Lead Teacher and has taught at TLC for 15 years and 16 years prior. She has two sons, 2 grandchildren, and 2 pet rats. Ms. Shelly's favorite part of working with children is watching them learn and grow.

Ms. Lisa is joining us as a PreK teacher. She has taught 3-5 year olds for 21 years. Ms. Lisa has two children, 1 dog, and 3 cats. In her spare time she loves to camp, go antique shopping, read, & sing. Lisa's favorite part of teaching preschool children is when they get excited about what they are learning.

Ms. Cindy is our 3 year old Lead Teacher. She has been at TLC for 23 years teaching both 3 and 4 year old children. She has 2 children & 5 grandchildren. Ms. Cindy's favorite part of working with children is all of the unexpected things they say.

Ms. Kristen is joining us as a 3 year old teacher. She has been a special education teacher in Hanover Public Schools before joining the TLC Preschool family. She has 5 children and 2 bonus children and also has 3 dogs at home! In her spare time she loves working on stained glass projects & traveling. Ms. Kristen says "Watching children learn is one of the most rewarding experiences on the planet!"

Ms. Beth is our 5 day 2 year old Lead Teacher. She has worked at TLC Preschool for 17 years and has taught ages 2, 3, & 4. She has two children (her daughter went to TLC), 3 cats, and most recently a new puppy named Guster. Ms. Beth's favorite part of working with the children is watching them learn & grow.

Ms. Averri is our 2 year old Teacher's Assistant. She has worked at TLC for 7 years and has worked with all ages. She has 2 children, Brittany & Brody, and two dogs at home. Ms. Averri enjoys exercising and reading. Her favorite part about working with children is watching their personalities develop and creating a special bond with them to help them learn in a safe and loving environment.

Miss Lauren works as our afternoon Lead Teacher and has been at TLC for 3 years. She is a former Boy Scout leader and loves to play with her dog, Cupid. Miss Lauren's favorite part about working with children is bonding with them and creating a safe environment for them to be themselves and grow.

Ms. Mel is our All Day Assistant. She will be here first thing in the morning through the early afternoons. This is her first year joining the TLC family! Before coming to TLC, she has worked with 2, 3, 4, & 5 year olds as well as children with special needs. She has two grown children, 1 dog, & 1 cat. Mel's favorite part about working with children is their fun and easy going nature.

Ms. Lynda works with all of our ages groups in the afternoons. She just joined our TLC Preschool family this year! She has worked as a Kindergarten Assistant, Title One Teacher, & Substitute teacher in elementary schools prior to joining the TLC Family. She has 3 children, 5 grandchildren, and 3 dogs. Lynda's favorite part about working with children is watching them grow throughout the year.

Ms. Anne just joined TLC Preschool in 2022. She is part of our opening staff and works with all ages throughout the day. Before joining TLC, she worked with all ages of preschool children at another local church preschool. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and photography. Anne's favorite part of working with the children how loving, real, open-hearted and excited to learn new things.
